鼻咽癌患者放疗对鼓室压影响的研究

The Impact of Radiotherapy on Middle Ear Pressure in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients

[目的]研究鼻咽癌(NPC)患者放疗对鼓室压的影响。[方法]首次诊断为鼻咽癌患者60例(90耳)放疗前随机分为两组 ,并且他们语频区听力正常(<30db)和鼓室压图为A型曲线。甲组除接受放射治疗外 ,同时接受鼻腔和鼻咽部局部治疗 ,乙组仅接受常规放射治疗 ,在放疗结束时检测甲乙两组鼓室压。[结果]在放疗结束时甲乙两组平均鼓室压(z= -5.159,P<0.005)存在明显差异。[结论]在放疗结束时 ,鼻咽癌患者鼓室更大负压值主要和咽鼓管器质性阻塞有关 。

To study the impact of radiotherapy on middle ear pressure in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)patients.First diagnostic NPC patients(n=60)with normal hearing in language zone and A type graph of tympanic pressure before radiotherapy were randomly divided into two groups.The first group received local treatment of nasal cavity and nasopharynx radiotherapy.The second group received radiotherapy alone.Tympanic pressures of the first and the second group was measured at the end of radiotherapy.At the end of radiotherapy,there was significant difference in the measurement of tympanic pressure(z=-5.159,P<0.005)between the first group and the second group.[Conclusions]More negative pressure values of the middle ear was mainly associated with organic obstruction of eustachian tubes at the end of radiotherapy in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients.Local treatments of nasal cavity and nasopharynx have a good effect.
