皮肤转移癌21例

Twenty-one Cancer Patients with Skin Metastases

[目的]探讨皮肤转移癌的临床表现和治疗及预后情况。[方法]对1996年6月～2000年6月收治的21例皮肤转移癌的诊疗情况进行回顾性总结和分析。[结果]皮肤转移癌主要来源男性肺癌 ,女性乳腺癌。61.9%皮肤转移癌伴有其它脏器的远处转移 ,转移的结节以多发为主 ,预后较差 ,中位生存期6个月 ,1年生存率28.6%,合并其它脏器转移者预后更差。[结论]提高对癌的皮肤转移的认识 ,有助于明确诊断。

To explore the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of skin metastases.Retrospective study was performed in 21 cases of cancers with skin metastases from June 1996 to June 2000.The main source of cutaneous metastases were lung neoplasm in man,and breast carcinoma in woman.Skin metastases combined other organ metastases in 61.9% cases.Skin metastatic tubercles might be single,but most of them were multiple.Median survival time from diagnosis of skin metastasis was 6 months.The prognosis in patients with skin metastasis was very poor,especially in patients with skin metastases combined with organ metastases.[Conclusion]Increasing knowledge of cancer skin metastases may respond to diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
