摘要
幽门螺杆菌 (H.pylori)感染与胃癌发生之间存在明显的相关性。其可通过胃粘膜上皮细胞增生与凋亡的失衡 ;激活癌基因和使抑癌基因失活、突变 ;直接或间接影响端粒酶活化等方式 ,使细胞出现肿瘤性转化 ,甚至导致胃癌的发生。
Helicobacter pylori infection reveals a significant relationship with gastric cancer.It can cause the gastric epithelial cells proliferation and apoptosis imbalant,or activating the oncogene and inactivating the antioncogene,or impact on the activity of the telomerase directly or indirectly,and at last result in the gastric cancerogenesis.But the asssociation of these mechanisms is not very clear and there is a deep study needed.
