重型颅脑损伤的颅内压监护分析

Analysis of ICP monitoring in intensive craniocerebral injury

目的 :探讨颅内压监护仪在重型颅脑损伤病人的抢救和治疗中的应用价值。方法 :对 5 2例重型颅脑损伤病人采用光纤探头硬膜外法颅内压监测 ,与同期收入院的病情和治疗方法相似的 6 8例病人作对照。结果 :与对照组相比 ,监测组死亡率、重残率下降 ,差异显著。颅内压增高与GCS评分及生命体征变化无始终一致的相关性 ,其变化先于临床症状出现。结论 :颅内压监护对重型颅脑损伤病人有重要的参考意义 ,对临床诊断。

Objective:To explore the value of ICP monitoring in the treatment of intensive craniocerebral injury.Method:52 patients were monitorted with fiber optics sensor in the epidual space to measure ICP.Control group were established with 68 patients.Result:Ascent intraceranial pressure had not consistent mutility with glasgow coma scale and the change of living sign.This change appeared earlier than clinical findings.The montality and deformity rate in the contral group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group. Conclusion:ICP monitoring was a helpful tool in the intensive care unit and was valuble for diagnosis,trentment and prognosis.
