股动脉置管注药治疗下肢深静脉血栓

Treatment the phlebothrombosis of lower limb by placing a tube through femoral artery

目的 :探讨股动脉置管治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的疗效。方法 :采用Seldinger法 ,经患肢股动脉顺向插管 ,将导管插至股动脉内并留置导管 ,经导管注入尿激酶、肝素等药物进行治疗。结果 :疗效判断标准 ,分显效、有效和无效三种 ,本组显效 8例 ,有效 2例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率为 83 3 %。结论 :股动脉置管治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成 ,血管的再通率高 ,药物用量少 ,并发症少 。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of treatment the phlebothrombosis of lower limb by placing a tube in femoral artery.Methods:To use the Seldinger method,intubation in femoral artery of the lower limb with phlebothrombosis,the tube was sent into femoral artery and was remained to pour into Urokinase,Heparin and other drugs through the tube to cure the disease.Results:To certain criterion of therapeutic evaluation,We divided Patients into three kinds:notable effect,effective,invalid.In these groups there were 8 cases with notable effect,2 cases with effective,2 cases with invalid.The total effective rate is 83 3%.The therapeutic effect of peripheral venous thrombosis is best.Conclusion:The reunobstructive rate of vascular is higher,the drug dosage is less,intubation in femoral artery is very safe,simple and this method is adapt to basic level hospital to develop a step further.
