MRI导向立体定向活检手术 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨MRI导向立体定向活检手术,在运动障碍病领域中的应用.方法:使用CRW定位眶架,行核磁共振容积扫描定位,局麻手术.结果:患者术后无出血,无手术并发症.病理诊断:球细胞脑白质营养不良1例,肌张力障碍基底结神经元变性1例,脑胶质瘤病1例,脑囊虫(含头节)1例,脑囊虫机化1例.结论:立体定向活检手术在与CT/MRI技术结合之后,对临床诊断有极大的帮助,尤其是MRI导向立体定向活检手术更佳.
