女性冠心病患者绝经前后血脂含量分析

Analysis of serum lipid levels in premenopausal and postmenopausal CHD women

目的 :观察女性冠心病患者绝经前后血脂水平的变化。方法 :女性冠心病患者 73例 ,分绝经前及绝经后组 ,然后分别测定晨起空腹静脉血中总胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、低密度脂蛋白( L DL -C)、高密度脂蛋白 ( HDL -C)含量。结果 :冠心病组的 TC,TG,LDL -C均高于对照组 ,HDL -C,HDL -C/TC则低于对照组 ;冠心病绝经后组的 TC,L DL -C显著高于绝经前组 ,HDL -C/TC低于绝经前组。结论 :女性冠心病患者绝经后 TC,L DL-C增高 ,HDL-C/TC则较绝经前降低。

Objective: It is to observe the changes of serum lipid levels in premenopausal and postmenopausal CHD women. Methods: Seventy-three female CHD patients in premenopausal and postmenopausal periods were collected for the determination of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C). Results: TC, TG and LDL-C in CHD group were higher than those in control group, and HDL-C and HDL-C/TC were lower than those in control group. In CHD of postmenopausal group, TC and LDL-C were significantly higher, but HDL-C/TC was lower than that in CHD of premenopausal group. Conclusion: In CHD, TC and LDL-C increase, while HDL-C/TC decreases after menopause\;
