福建省WHO西太区结核病控制项目实施一年效果分析

Analysis on one year implementation effect of fujian province WHO/WPRO TB control project

目的 报告WHO西太区结核病控制项目在福建省 4个县实施一年来的初步成效。方法 按照项目“实施方案”组织与技术规范 ,执行WHO提出的直接督导下短程化疗 (DOTS)策略。结果 4个项目县覆盖人口 160 .4万 ,每县年投入专项经费 7.5万元 ,项目实施第一年 ,新发涂阳肺结核新登记率达 2 0 .4 5/10万 ,初治涂阳病人治愈率达 97.2 %。结论 项目实施一年来 ,DOTS五项策略要点得到很好贯彻、实施 ,达到新发涂阳新登记率 2 0 /10万以上高发现率和初治涂阳病人 90 %以上高治愈率的预期目标。

Objective Initial success had been achieved in WHO/WPRO TB control project which was carried out in the four counties of Fujian province a year ago.Methods In accordance with the organization and technical standards set by the project “the scheme put into effect”,DOTS strategy recommended by WHO was carried out.Results the project was put into practice in the four counties with a coverage of the population 1?604?000 and an investment of special fund 75?000. During the first year of practice, the new registered rate of the new smear positive cases reached 20.45/100?000. The cure rate of initial treatment smear positive pulmonary Tuberculosis reached 97.2%. Conclusion The project had achieved the anticipated goal. As a result the five elements had been well carried out and the new registered rate of new smear positive cases was more than 20/100?000.The cure rate of initial treatment smear positive cases was higher than 90%.
