摘要
Totafurno和Trainor[1]提出和分析了次级场图式调节的非线性动力学方程,证实嫁接致生重肢可用自发对称破缺机制解释,从而指出了解决French等人的极坐标模型[2]在180°同侧嫁接情况所遇困难的可能途径。本文运用群表示论和分岔分析处理了一般的同侧嫁接和异侧嫁接致生正常重肢的形成问题。所获理论预测与实验观察符合很好。
Totafurno and Trainor [1] have proposed and analysed nonlinear dynamical equation for the pattern regulation in secondary fields. Their numerical calculations have shown that the mechanism of spontaueous symmetry breaking can help to overcome the difficulties of French et al's Polar Coordinate Model in 180°ipsilateral grafts.In this paper,authors will attempt to treat the production of normal supernumeraries for the general ipsilateral and contralateral grafts by using of the more sophisticated methods of group representations and symmetry-breaking bifurcations.The theoretical Predictions authors make are found to be wholly consistent with experimental data.
