摘要
本文论证了局势决策乃是随机优势原则下的Markowitz模型的一种特殊情况和局势决策所具有的优良性质,证实了局势决策的可行性,从而获得了一种简便易行的实用决策方法。
In this Paper authors expounded that the situation decision-making is a special case of the Markowitz model in the random superiority principle, Proved the decision-making characters, verified the feasibility of the situation decision-making, and obtained a practical decision-making method which is simple and convenient on the calculation processing.
