摘要
为了探讨循经感传现象的形成机理,我们应用脑诱发电位地形图技术,观察感传过程中大脑皮层第一体觉区(SI)机能活动的特点。观察对象为16名循经感传显著的志愿者,16名无感传者作为对照。结果表明,刺激穴位时,感传显著者体觉诱发电位地形图的反应分布特点与感传循行路线所经过的主要体区是一致的。提示由刺激下肢穴位引起的兴奋并未沿SI的各代表区扩布。用“中枢兴奋扩散”假说尚难解释循经感传的特殊路线。相反,观察的结果表明“外周动因激发”可能是产生循经感传现象的决定性因素。至于产生上述体觉诱发电位特殊分布状态的机理尚在继续研究。
To probe into the mechanism of the meridian transmission, we make use of the material of the evoked potential graph in cerebrum to observe the characteristic in the first cortical deep sensory (S1) during the meridian transmission. 16 volunteers who have obvious meridian transmission are observing objects; other 16 volunteers who have no meridian transmission are controlled. The results showed that the reaction distribution characteristic of the evoked potential graph in cortical deep sensory in the 16 volunteers whose meridian transmission are obvious is consistent on the main, some that the route of meridian transmission passed when the points are stimulated. The results pointed out that the excites caused by the stimulating the points on legs don' t spread by the each representative areas of S1. The special route of meridian transmission is difficult to be explained by the hypothesis of 'the expanding of central excitation'. On the contrary, the observed results showed that 'stimulate of peripheral reason' is possible the decisive factor which results in the meridian transmission. As far the mechanism of special area of the cortical deep sensory is still being continually studied.
