浅议新形势下医院经济运行机制的改革与完善

Discussion on Reform of Economic Operation System of Hospital under the New Situation.

国家医疗保险制度、医疗机构和药品生产流通体制改革三管齐下 ,医院经营正在经历前所未有的挑战。面临新的形势 ,医院要生存、要发展 ,就必须强化内部管理 ,进一步改革和完善医院收入补偿机制、成本核算机制、支出约束机制、分配激励机制、资源优化机制、投资决策机制等医院内部经济运行机制 ,向管理要效益。

The hospitals were facing unprecedented challenge for reform of medical insurance system, medical institution and pharmaceutical producing circulation system carrying out together. To further push forward development of hospital, it must strengthen internal management, and further perfect hospital internal operation system, such as hospital income compensation system, cost accounting system, expenses committed system, incentive system, resource optimization system, investment policy-decision system and so on to get benefit from management.
