A Study on Therapewtic Efficaly of Topamax in Treating Epilepsy

目的 :探讨妥泰对各种类型癫痫的疗效及副作用。方法 :将 3 2例各种类型的癫痫患者随机分为治疗组、对照组进行疗效对比。结果 :治疗组总有效率 73 3 % ,对照组总有效率 47 1 % ,P <0 0 1 ,两组疗效有显著性差异。副反应的发生率治疗组占3 3 3 % ,对照组占 52 9% ,P <0 0 5,两组之间亦有显著性差异。结论

Objective:To study the effect and side effect of Topamax in treating various epilepsies.Methods:32 epileptic patients were divided into two groups randomly:the test groap and the control group.Results:The overall effective rate was 73.3% in the test group and was 47.1% in the control group (P<0 01)?There is evident difference between the test group and the control group.Furthermore,the rate of the coocurrence of side effect was 33.3% in the test group and was 52.9% in the control group (P<0.05).There is also evident difference between the test group and the control group.Conclusin:The study showed that Topamax is a efficacious drug with less side effect to be waed in treating various epilepsies.
