Objective:To analyse the Achievement of p16 gene research in the colorectal carcinoma.Method:Reading and Summrizing the theses about p16 gene research in this kind of carcinoma.Result:The alterations of the p16 gene in the colorectal carcinoma was associated with the clinicopathological features of the colorectal carcinoma.Conclusion:It is significant to research p16 gene in probing the pathogenesis and in devising the new therapy of colorectal carcinoma.
