摘要
目的 研究尼莫地平治疗儿童偏头痛的脑血流动力学改变及临床意义。方法 应用经颅多普勒超声技术检测80例偏头痛患儿服药前及服药后 5 0min、10 0min的脑血流改变。结果 ① 80例偏头痛患儿服药前头痛侧与非头痛侧大脑中动脉、大脑前动脉的收缩期峰值流速 (Vs)比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;服药后 10 0min双侧Vs无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;②头痛侧服药前与服药后 10 0min比较Vs有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 尼莫地平能明显改善偏头痛患儿的脑血流异常指标 ,可作为治疗偏头痛的首选药物之一。
Objective To study the changes of brain arterial blood flow dynamics and clinical significance of Nimodipine in the treatment of children migraine. Methods Transcranial Doppler was carried out in 80 patients of children migraine to detect the brain arterial blood flow dynamics before treatment, after treatment at 50 minutes and 100 minutes. Results ①80 patients of migraine were present systolic peak blood flow velocity (Vs) of middle cerebra artery and afore cerebra artery before treatment, compare with non headache, with significant difference ( P <0.01), with no significant difference after 100 minutes ( P >0.05); ②The Vs of headache had significant difference before treatment and after treatment at 100 minutes( P <0.01 ). Conclusion Nimodipine can obviously improve the brain blood flow dynamics abnormity index, it can be the first choice in the treatment of children migraine.
