摘要
本文介绍一种性能较好的体液表观粘度函数快测系统,它是在较严密的流变学理论基础上通过较精细的硬、软件设计而研究成功的.其前身为L-1型粘度计,但作了重要改进.它的最大特点是能在一次测量过程完后得到不同切变率下的表观粘度;同时能在通常认为困难却十分重要的“低剪切”段令人满意地工作.
Based on the rheological theory, a new clinical system for fast measuring the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian fluids, including blood, as a function of shear rate, has been developed.Substituted for the pressure transduce used in L-l type viscometer developed by us before, a array of photo-diode and a signal processing unit containing a A/D converter served to measure and calculate the apparent viscosity.The experimental results showed this instrument maintains the advantage of L-l type, which can obtain the apparent viscosity as a function of shear rate coveing a wide range by a single run, but can eficiently work when the shear rate in the specimen is too low to be measured with conventional viscometer. Result are reproducible, especially at low shear rate about 0.1 sec, to 5%. This system is easy to be used for a technician without specialized training and needs less than 2ml of specimen for a test.
