原发性肝癌手术前后血清白介素-12和白介素-2受体测定的意义

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF THE SERUM INTERLEUKIN-12 AND INTERLEUKIN-2 RECEPTOR LEVELS TESTED PREOPERATIVELY AND POSTOPERATIVELY IN PHC PATIENTS

本文对我院 32例原发性肝癌患者分别于术前 1周和术后 3周行血清IL -12、IL -2受体测定 ,以其变化来评估机体免疫机能。结果 :IL -12术后比术前明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而SIL -2R明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :原发性肝癌患者IL -12的水平低下 ,SIL -2R水平较高 ,切除肿瘤后IL -12回升 ,SIL -2R减低 。

The serum interleukin-12(IL-12) and interleukin-2 receptor(IL-2R) were tested separately by one week preoperation and by three weeks postoperation from 22 patients with primary hepatic cancer(PHC). The variations of body immune functions were evaluated by the results tested. The results showed that serum IL-12 levels were obviously higher postoperatively than preoperatively (P<0.05); while serum IL-2R levels lower after operation than before operation(P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with PHC have a low serum IL-12 level and a high serum IL-2R level, which indicated a low function in body immunity. After tumor loads were removed serum IL-12 level lifted and serum IL-2R level lowed. Their variations may be a sign by which the body immune function can be evaluated.
