蛋白酶抑制剂反应环区的结构研究

STRUCTURAL STUDIES ON THE REACTION LOOPS OF PROTEase INHIBITORS

蛋白质分子表面环区常在蛋白质功能和行为中起重要作用.我们对一些丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂的反应环区和已知的限制性水解部位做了结构比较研究.研究结果表明,蛋白质抑制剂反应部位所处的环区具有独特的结构,使其能够对相应蛋白酶发挥很高的抑制作用.

The loops on protein surface often play important roles in functions or behaviours of proteins. Comparative studies of loop structures have been carried out with the reactive sites of protease inhibitors and some limited proteolytic sites. The results show that the reactive loops of protein inhibitors possess certain features which make the proteins very good inhibitors for corresponding proteases.
