应用低能 N+ 离子对柔红霉素产生菌天蓝淡红链霉菌 SIPI 1482野生型菌株的孢子进行注入诱变选育 ,获得了柔红霉素产抗能力提高 15倍的高产突变株。与亲株的菌落形态比较发现 ,高产突变株 SIPI 1482
A mutagenic method of ion beam implantation was adopted in the breeding of Streptomyces coeruleorubidus var. zhengding SIPI 1482. The spores of parent strain were treated as follows: vacuum degree (10 -3 Pa), the energy of ion(60 keV), dosage rate (10 14 N +/s) and total dosage (1×10 14 N +/cm 2). A mutant designated as SIPI 1482M2 was selected and its productivity in flask fermentation was 15 fold higher than that of parent strain based on HPLC analysis. The colony characters between parent strain and mutant were also compared and it was found that SIPI 1482M2 could secrete a great deal of red anthracycline metabolites into medium but not the parent strain.
