环孢素受体蛋白质家族及其在某些皮肤病发病中的意义
摘要
环孢素受体蛋白质家族在各种生物体内普遍存在,除了介导环孢素A的免疫抑制作用外,还有其它多种生理功能。该文对环孢素受体的分类、分布及生理病理作用进行了介绍,同时介绍了环孢素受体在HIV-1感染、银屑病及系统性红斑狼疮发病以及该药肾毒性、高血压等不良反应中的意义,以期能加深对环孢素A作用机制的理解,指导临床用药。
