荆州区八岭山乡于 1994年对村卫生室社会医疗进行整顿并加强管理 ,成立村中心卫生室 ,在乡卫生组领导下实行卫生室室长负责制 ,做到组织领导、人员调配、技术培训、财务管理、进药渠道、工资标准、养老保险、目标考核 8个统一 ,从而规范了行医范围 ,明确了职责 ,落实了防保工作 ,杜绝了孕产妇死亡 ,降低了婴幼儿死亡率 。

The social medical of the village health room has been neatened and managed in 1994 in Badaling Village of Jingzhou District. Taking establishing village center health room as important point to carry out the responsible system of the director of village health room under the leader of the health leadership group. The eight unification were acquired, such as organization leading, personnel preparing, technique training, financial affairs managing, drug purchase channel, wage standard, endowment insurance and target examining.
