Ⅱ型糖尿病微白蛋白尿与缺血性心脏病的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 对Ⅱ型糖尿病患者微白蛋白尿与缺血性心脏病的关系进行研究。方法 根据有无尿微白蛋白 ,将 81例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者分为以下两组 :①微白蛋白尿组 ;②无微白蛋白尿组。详细记录患者的临床资料及生化检验结果。结果 Ⅱ型糖尿病微白蛋白尿组的病程显著长于无微白蛋白尿组 ;空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖及合并IHD的发病率显著高于无微白蛋白尿组 (P均 <0 0 5)。ECG活动平板运动负荷试验 ,Ⅱ型糖尿病微白蛋白尿组的运动时间、运动试验阳性显著低于无微白蛋白尿组 ;运动试验阳性率显著高于无微白蛋白尿组 (P均 <0 0 5)。结论 Ⅱ型糖尿病患者出现微白蛋白尿者 ,其缺血性心脏病的发病率更高。 Objective To evaluate the relation of ischemia heart disease(IHD)and microalbuminuria in subjects with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.Methods 81 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups depend upon patients with and without microalbuminuria.The clinical and biochemical characteristics of patients with microalbuminuria were compared with the patients without microalbuminuria.Results The patients with microalbuminuria had longer duration of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus myocardial than those without microalbuminuria.The patients with microalbuminuria had higher blood glucose levels, HbA 1c levels and incidence rate of IHD than those without microalbuminuria(all P <0 05).The patients with microalbuminuria exercised for a shorter time,achieved a lower percentage of their age-predicted maximum heart rate,and had a higher percentage of ischemic response in exercise testing than those without microalbuminuria(all P <0 05).Conclusion The patients with microalbuminuria had a higher incidence rate of IHD.
