介绍了导电金刚石的合成实验方法、条件、工艺与结果。讨论了影响导电金刚石合成效果的因素。指出了进一步提高导电金刚石合成质量及性能的途径与方法。
Synthetic testing method、conditions、processes and results for conductive diamond were in- truduced. The factors which had influenceon synthetic effect of conductive diamond were discussed. The way and methods for increasing the synthetic quality and the properties of conductive diamond were given.
