薄层扫描法测定甘露饮中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of baiclin in the Ganluying by thin layer chromatography-scanning

目的 :采用单波长薄层扫描法测定甘露饮中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :以聚酰胺薄膜为固定组 ,36 %醋酸为流动相 ,测定波长λmax=2 80 nm ,用反射锯齿扫描测定。结果 :黄芩苷在 0 .36 8～ 1.84mg范围内呈线性关系 ,r=0 .9992。平均回收率为 98.42 % ,RSD=1.90 %。结论 :该法快速 ,简便 ,准确 。

OBJECTIVE:The content of baiclin in the Ganluying was determined by single wavelength TLC scanner. METHODS:The solid phase was polyamide thin layer,mobile phase was 36% HAC,scanning method was reflection zigzag with CS 910 PC scanner,and the detection wavelength was 280nm.RESULTS:The method had a good linearity between 0.368～1.48μg with the correlation dofficlent 0.9992.The average recovery was 98.42%,RSD=1.90%.CONCLUSION:The methods was rapid,simple and accurate.It could be used to control the quality of Ganluying.
