摘要 介绍一种悬浮聚合制备静电复印用彩色色粉的新工艺 ,讨论分散设备、分散工艺参数、分散剂种类与浓度对色粉粒度的影响。实验结果表明控制色粉粒度的关键因素是选择适宜的分散设备、提供足够的分散强度和合适的分散剂体系。对于本文反应体系 ,获得体均粒度近 10 μm色粉的最佳条件如下 :均化器搅拌速度 :8.9m/s ,均化器搅拌时间 :2 0min ,大分子分散剂D质量分数 :0 .5 %水量 ,表面活性剂DY质量分数 0 .0 35 %水量 ,反应器搅拌速度 :2 .6m /s ,反应温度 85℃ ,反应时间 8~ 10h。经分离、洗涤 ,得到可以直接在静电复印机使用的彩粉。 In this paper a new technology for the preparation of electrophotographic color toner by suspension polymerization is described.The effects of dispersion equipment,dispersion process parameter and concentration of dispersant on the particle size were discussed.The results showed the key factors to control the size of the toner were the selection of the dispersion equipment,the offer of enough strong force of dispersion and suitable dispersant.When the concentration of macromolecular dispersant D and surface active agent DY were fixed at 0.5wt% and 0.035wt % water respectively,and if the agitating speed of the homogenizer was adjusted at 8.9m/s and the stirrer speed of the reactor at 2.6m/s,the color toners with 10μm average volume diameter could be prepared.The experimental polymerized toner,after being washed and separted,was examined with copier,and satisfying image was achieved.
