CPP薄膜中成核剂用量对其性能的影响

Effect of Nucleator Amount on Property of CPP Film

研究成核剂A3用量对CPP薄膜光学性能、机械性能、热封性能和摩擦系数的影响 ,结果表明 ,添加 0 6 %～ 1 2 %质量比A3成核剂 ,能使雾度在 4%以下 ,对透明性基本无影响 ,能同时提高拉伸强度和断裂伸长率 ,热封强度提高 10 %左右 ,起始热封温度保持 12 7℃ ,热粘强度无变化 ,摩擦系数先升后降 ,动摩擦系数比静摩擦系数下降更快。

s The effect of Nucleator A3 amount on the optical property,mechanical properties,heat seal property and coefficient of friction(COF) of CPP film was studied.The results showed the addition of 0 6%～1 2% of Nucleator A3 (mass ratio) made the haze of the film lower than 4%,improved the tensile strength and elongation at break,made the heat seal strength increased by a factor of 10% and initial heat seal temperature kept at 127℃,while having no effect on the transparence of the film,and with the heat adhesive strength unchanged;the COF increased at first and then decreased;the dynamic COF decreased more quickly than static COF.
