摘要
选择不同的载体树脂和分散剂 ,研究了阴离子型层状纳米材料 (LDHs)在载体树脂中的分散及剪切对分散效果的影响 ,结果表明 ,LDHs在EVA中分散均匀 ;分散剂B的加入使LDHs在EVA中的分散更均匀 ;剪切能使团聚状LDHs基本消失 ,LDHs的粒径可达到十几纳米。
s The dispersion of LDHs in carrier and the effect of shear rate on the dispersion were studied by using different carrier and dispersants.The results showed the dispersion of LDHs in EVA was uniform,and the use of dispersant B made the dispersion of LDHs in EVA more uniform;shear rate made lump LDHs disappeared,and the particle size of LDHs was only 10-odd nm.
