摘要
采用带分水器的精馏装置 ,使乳酸酯化的原有脱水 -酯化两步过程 ,能在该装置上一步进行。通过正交试验 ,考察了乙醇的用量、催化剂的用量、带水剂的用量三个因素对乳酸乙酯收率的影响。确定了最佳的配比 ,并由验证实验得到证明 ,脱水 -酯化反应在 2h基本完成 ,乳酸乙酯的收率可达到 96
In this paper,a new kind of rectifier with water separator is used to synthesize ethyl lactate directly under a certain water entraining agent to take place of old methodologies of lactate-esterifying with include two processes:dehydrating and esterifying.The relation of the yield of ethyl lactate with the mole ratios of acid to alcohol,acid to water entraining agent and acid to catalyst is studied under the orthogonal experiments and a optimum condition is determined.Under the optimum condition esterification could be finished in two hours and the yield of ethy1 lactate is up to 96%.
