酸性磷铵料浆浓缩过程中氟逸出率的测定 被引量:3

摘要 测定了酸性磷铵料浆在浓缩过程中氟的逸出率与中和度、含水率的关系。结果表明 ,氟的逸出率随含水率和中和度的减小而增大。中和度低于 0 .4时 ,氟的逸出率较大 ,受中和度的影响较明显 ,而当中和度超过0 .6之后 ,受中和度影响较小。 A determination is made of the relationship of the emission rate of fluorine during the evaporation of acidic ammonium phosphate slurry with the degree of neutralization and water content. The results indicate that the emission rate of fluorine increases with a decrease in water content and degree of neutralization. When the degree of neutralization is below 0.4, the emission rate of fluorine is high, so the effect of the degree of neutralization is evident, and when the degree of neutralization exceeds 0.6, the emission rate is low.
