摘要
对在U上化学镀Ni P工艺进行了研究 ,并用扫描透射电镜 (STEM) ,X射线衍射仪研究了P含量为 9.0 0~10 .5 0 (质量分数 )的Ni P镀层性能、经不同温度热处理后其组织结构的转变以及室温稳定性。结果表明 :镀后镀层组织为非晶态 ,但局部存在短程有序的尺度差异 ,室温下非晶态组织是稳定的 ;高温下 ,非晶态将转变为Ni。
The technology of electroless plating Ni P coating on U has been investigated.The texture consitiution and stability of electroless plating Ni P coating with 9.00~10.5wt% phosphorus at different temperature have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X ray diffractometer (XRD).The results showed that the texture of electroless plating Ni P coating has an amorphous struchure,but the scale of short range order is different in uncertain areas,the texture stability of coatings at room temperature is higher than high temperature,but coating would translated amorphous structrue into Ni,Ni 3P at high temperature.
