摘要
采用共聚合方法用苯乙烯 (ST)对顺酐化醇酸树脂进行改性研究 ;考察了苯乙烯的添加量、引发剂浓度和加料方式对改性树脂和涂膜性能的影响 ;比较了传统苯乙烯改性醇酸树脂与研制的改性醇酸树脂涂膜性能 ,结果表明研制的苯乙烯改性醇酸树脂涂膜具有外观美好、耐冲击、快干和耐水性好等特性。
A styrene modified alkyd resin is synthesized via styrene reacted with maleic anhydrided basic alkyd resin.The effccts of amount of styrene,the concentration of initiator and the addition technology on the properties of the modified alkyd resins are discussed.The property comparison of modified alkyd in this apper and conventional modified alkyd show that the coating film's properties of alkyd resin modified by styrene in this paper are good in appearance,impact resistance,drying characteristic and water resistance.
