The Influence of Sodium Sulfide on Aluminium Alloy Corrosion in 3.5% NaCl Solution

摘要 通过极化曲线测试及扫描电镜 (SEM)研究了硫化钠对硬铝合金 (LY12CZ)在 3 .5 %的氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用机制。研究表明 ,硫化钠对铝合金具有较好的缓蚀作用 ,促进了铝合金表面膜的形成 ,使铝合金出现了钝化现象 。 The inhibitive behavior of sodium sulfide on aluminium alloy in 3.5%NaCI solution is studied by polarization curves and SEM. The experiment results show that the inhibition efficiency of sodium sulfide on aluminum alloy is sufficient. Sodium sulfide promotes a conversion film on aluminium alloy surface, which inhibites the corrosion of aluminium alloy and promotes the passivation of aluminium alloy, thus inhibites the pitting of the alloy. The anodic reaction was accelerated by sodium sulfide, but the cathodic reaction is inhibited according to the calculation of the electrodes functional coefficients.
