摘要
乙烯利 (2 -氯乙基磷酸 )在流速为 1.6 0ml/min ,淋洗液为 2mmol/L的Na2 CO3 溶液和2mmol/L的NaOH溶液的混合溶液的离子色谱仪YIC - 8上得到较好的检测结果。其检测限为0 .1μg/ml(S/N =2 .5 ) ;保留时间、峰高、峰面积的变异系数分别为 0 .339%、2 .0 2 3 %、0 .16 0 % ;线性范围 1~ 10 0 0 μg/ml,峰高、峰面积的线性回归系数分别为 0 .9998和 0 .9980。在此条件下 ,常规阴离子对乙烯利的测定没有干扰。对土壤样品进行测定 ,回收率为 95 .98%~ 98.83 %。这种方法快速、灵敏 ,结果令人满意。
An ion chromatography system for the determination of ethephon was described. Ion chromatograph was carried out by suppressed conductivity detection YIC-8.The eluent contained 2mmol/L Na 2CO 3 and 2mmol/L NaOH. The detection limit was 0.1μg/ml(S/N=2.5). The relative standard deviation are 0.339% for retention time, 2.023% for height and 0.160%for area, respectively. The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9998 for area and 0.9980 for height. The linear range was 1-1000μg/ml. Common inorganic ion and organic acids did not interfere. The recovery was 95 98%~98 83%. The method was simple, rapid, reliable and inexpensive.
