摘要 研究了用SE - 30大口径毛细管柱定量分析啶虫脒的分析方法。色谱条件如下 :10m×0 5 3mm× 3 0 μm膜厚的SE - 30的熔融硅胶毛细管柱 ,柱温 2 2 0℃ ,进样口和检测器温度 2 5 0℃ ,载气H2 2 5ml/min。使用邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯作内标物。本方法在 1 5 μg~ 12 μg进样范围内和峰高呈线性。相关系数值 (R)为 0 997。啶虫脒分析的回收率为 99 75 %。 A method of quantitative analysis for acetamiprid by a wide bore capillary column coated with SE-30 has been studied Conditions were as follows Column: fused silica, 10m×0 53mm×3 0μm film thickness; column temperature: 220℃; temperatures of injector and detector: 250℃, and carried gas: H 2 25ml/min Di-n-octyl phthalate was used as internal standard This analytical method is linear and reproducible over the range 1 5μg~12 μg analyte A fit these data to a straight line using a least-square routine yields an R (correlation coefficient) value of 0 997 The recoveries was 99 75%
