介绍了用 80 %的环氧环己烷分别与三氟化硼乙醚、羟胺进行反应 ,将环氧环己烷中的戊醇、酮、醛生成高沸点产物 ,再进行精馏 ,从而获得高纯环氧环己烷的方法。确定了优惠工艺条件 ,考察了各种因素对反应的影响 ,反应收率 >80 % ,产品环氧环己烷含量 >98%
The high purity cyclohexane oxide was cyclohexane oxide from 80% cyclohexane oxide by the reation with boron trifluoride ethyl ether, hydramine to produce high boiling point material. The optimum conditions were obtained with 80% yield and 98% purity over, respectively.
