因子VLeiden突变与妇产科血栓栓塞疾病
摘要
凝血因子VLeiden突变是蛋白C系统抗凝机制失调的最主要的遗传因素。FVLeiden突变明显增加了原发性及反复静脉血栓形成的危险性。孕妇FVLeiden突变与胎儿出生缺陷及反复流产有密切关系。本文阐述了凝血因子VLeiden的生物学特性、与妊娠静脉血栓形成的关系 ,为反复流产。
