NP和MVP方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效比较

A comparison of curative effect between the NP and MVP regimen in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的 观察NP(NVB加DDP)方案和MVP(MMC ,VDS和DDP)方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。 方法 采用NP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌 34例 ;MVP方案治疗 31例。 结果 NP方案组有效率 4 4 1% ,而MVP方案组为 35 5 % ,两组主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。Ⅱ度以上静脉炎发生率NP组为 38 4 %高于MVP组 (0 0 % ) ;而Ⅱ度以上周围神经毒性反应NP组 (0 0 % )低于MVP组 (9 6 % ) (P <0 0 1)。 结论 NP和MVP方案均可作为晚期非小细胞肺癌的一线治疗方案 ,其中NP方案有效率高 ,毒性反应较大 ,但一般可耐受 。

Objective To evaluate the curative effects of short term with NP regimen and MVP regimen in patient with stage Ⅲ b Ⅳ non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) Methods 34 cases were treated with NP regimen and 31 cases with MVP regimen Results The clinical effects was 44 1% in patients with NP regimen group,and 35 5% in MVP group The major toxic reactions in both groups were tolerable,they were myelo suppression and gastro intestinal reaction Grade Ⅱ Ⅳ phlebitis rate was 38 4% in NP group,which was higher than MVP group(0 0%) The rate of peripheral neuritis were observed 0 0% and 9 6% respectively Conclusion NP and MVP regimen both are first line regimen to treat the patient with advanced NSCLC The clinical effects of NP regimen is satisfactory and its toxic reactions are endurable in treating the patients of advanced NSCLC
