摘要
目的 :采用化学比色全自动分析法测定血清 (或血浆 )总抗氧化水平 ,探讨血清总抗氧化物含量测定在临床监护重症患者过程中的意义。方法 :利用过氧化氢过氧化物酶系统与 2 ,2′ Azino di 3ethylbenzthiazoline sulphonate(ABTS)反应能被血清内总抗氧化物抑制的原理 ,根据显色反应受抑制大小与总抗氧化水平成正比关系来测定总抗氧化物含量 ,并对 36例重危患者在抢救治疗过程中的总抗氧化物含量进行测定。结果 :危重患者血清内总抗氧化物含量是非常低下的 ,当极其降低时预示着患者有死亡的危险。结论 :重危患者的血清总抗氧化物含量监测 。
Objective:To investigate the significance of measuring the total antioxidant status in serum in monitering patients with serious illness.Methods:Thirtysix patients with serous illness were measured before and after therapy with the method based on the absorbance decrease of the 2,2′Azinodi3ethylbenzthiazoline sulphonate(ABTS) by the inhibitory effect of the total antioxidants in serum.Results:The total antioxidant status in serum of patients with serious illness was markedly decreased.Marked decrease of total antioxidant status indicated that the patients were in danger of died.Conclusions:Monitoring the total antioxidant status in serum of patients with serious illness is in aid of understanding severity of illness scale and judging conversion of illness.
