肉毒毒素A治疗偏侧面肌痉挛临床观察(附150例报告)

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF BOTULINUM TOXIN A IN TREATMENT FOR 150 CASES OF HEMIFACIAL SPASM

目的 :研究面肌痉挛的发病机制 ,观察肉毒毒素A治疗面肌痉挛的疗效。方法 :对 15 0例HFS病人进行面部多点肌肉注射肉毒毒素A ,复发者重复注射。部分病人行MRA和EMG检查。结果 :76例完全缓解 ,6 2例明显缓解 ,9例部分缓解 ,3例无效。重复注射后 ,总有效率 94 % ,2 4例出现副作用短时恢复。结论 :肉毒毒素A局部注射治疗面肌痉挛是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective:To determine the pathogeny of hemifacial spasm (HFS) and evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of botulinum A.Methods:150 HFS patients received multifocal facial injection with botulinum A.The recrudesences were repeat injection.EMG and MRA were performed in partial patients.Results:Seventy-six patients (50.7%) were cured;sixty_two (41.3%) were significantly improved;nine (6%) were partly improved;three were not improved.The total cure rate was 94% after repeated injection in some cases.Side effects were minor and transient,althought occurred in twenty_four.Conclusions:Our results provide a further evidence for the efficacy of local injection of botulinum toxin A in the treatment for hemifacial spasm.
