摘要
目的研究甘草酸在急性缺血 /再灌注肾损伤修复过程中的作用。方法 :无创动脉夹夹闭双侧肾蒂造成大鼠急性缺血 /再灌注模型 ,以甘草酸腹腔注射后 ,测定肾损伤修复中的血尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (Cr)、丙二醛(MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)等指标变化 ,并与对照组比较。结果 :与对照组相比 ,缺血 /再灌注后给药组大鼠血BUN ,Cr升高幅度降低 ,恢复时间缩短 ,血MDA ,LDH升高幅度降低。结论 :甘草酸可减轻肾缺血 /再灌注损伤 ,促进肾损伤修复。
Objective:To investigate the role of Glycyrrhizin (GL) in acute renal ischemia/reperfusion injury.Methods:Acute ischemic renal injury in rats was made by placing the atraumatic vascular clamp in renal pedical.After using GL injection,we detected the changes of blood urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine(Cr),malondialdehyed (MDA) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH).Results:After reperfusion,the values of BUN and Cr in GL group were lower than those in the control group.The GL could also shorten the recovery time of those indices.The content of MDA and LDH were lower in GL group than that in the control group.Conclusions:GL can protect kidney against ischemia insult and accelerate the recovery after acute renal ischemia/reperfusion injury.
