全母乳喂养对剖腹产儿的早期影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨剖腹产儿术后少奶期全母乳喂养所存在的问题。方法 :观察 77名产妇 ,剖腹产 35名为观察组 ,正常产 4 2名为对照组 ,产后全母乳喂养对新生儿机体状态的影响。结果 :观察组脱水热和低血糖发生率均高于对照组 ;生理性体重下降差值出生后第 1天和第 3天两组相比无显著差异 ,第 5天差异有显著性 ,结论 :由于剖腹产儿出生头几天内奶汁不足而发生低血糖、脱水热、体重下降等问题 ,建议实施个体化喂养方案 ,于“少奶期”适当进行混合喂养以避免影响新生儿的健康状态 ,但忌用橡皮奶头 ,并为实施全母乳喂养做好准备。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of full breast_feeding in milk deficit period after operation on newborns delivered through Caesarean operation.Methods:Parturients (77) were divided into Observation Group (35,Caesarean delivery) and Control Group(42,normal delivery) and the effects of full breast_feeding on the physiology and development of the newborns were recorded.Results:The incidence of dehydration fever and hypoglycemia was higher in Observation Group than in control;the difference in physiological weight loss was not significant on 1 st and 3 rd day after brith,but significant on 5 th day.Conclusions:As hypoglycemia,dehydration fever and weight loss occurred in newborns delivered through Caesarean operation due to milk deficit in the first few days after birth,it is recommended to adopt individualized feeding scheme and use mixed_feeding during the milk deficit period to avoid negative effect on newborns' health.However,pacifiers should not be used and preparation for full breast_feeding should be made.
