Investigation of the effect of gazing computer screen and wearing contact lenses on the dry eye

目的 :探讨使用电脑和戴角膜接触镜对干眼症的发病和症状加重是否会有影响。方法 :在中华健康网上就干眼症的 8个症状、上机时间与干眼程度、用药情况及戴角膜接触镜对干眼症的影响进行为期 3个月的问卷调查。结果 :得到问卷15 5份 ,使用电脑的人至少会有一种干眼症的症状 ,多数人忽略 ,少数人就医或自买药物 ;上机时间长 ,眼干症状重 ;

Objective:To investigate whether gazing on computer screen and wearing contact lenses may induce dry eye.Method:Questionaires were sent to the Chinese Health Website for about 3 months including:8 symptoms of dry eye,the time of gazing on computer screen,using medicine,wearing contact lens and the severity of dry eye.Results:155 answer sheets were received.At least one symptom of dry eye was complained among the persons who used computer.Most of them neglected the symptom,while a few person saw their doctor or took medicine by themselves.The longer one gazed on computer screen,the severer one complained about the symptoms of dry eye.Wearing contact lenses may aggravate the symptom.
