摘要
目的 :探讨对儿童施行人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定术的临床应用。方法 :对 19例 ( 2 2只眼 )无法行后房型人工晶状体植入的白内障患儿行晶状体、玻璃体切除 ,同期 ( 11只眼 )或二期 ( 11只眼 )行人工晶状体睫状沟缝合固定术。结果 :随诊1～ 12个月 ,术后视力 0 8以上者 3只眼 ( 13 6% ) ,0 2以上者 15只眼 ( 68 2 % ) ,0 0 2～ 0 1的 3只眼 ( 13 6% ) ,1只眼术后视网膜脱离而于 2周后取出人工晶状体。结论 :对儿童施行人工晶状体睫状沟固定术是一种安全有效的方法 ,减少可能的远期并发症。
Objective:To investigate the applicability of ciliary groove sutured intraocular lens(CGS IOL)in children.Methods:19 children(22 eyes)were treated with lens vitrectomy.CGS IOL were done at the same time in 11 eyes and later on in 11 eyes.Results:Postoperative visual acuities at 1～12 month were as following:3 eyes(13 6%)0 8 or better;15 eyes (68.2%)0 2 or better;3 eyes(13 6%)0 02～0 1.In 1 eye the IOL was extracted because of retina detachment two weeks later.Conclusion:For children with correct indication and at best operative time,CGS IOL is an effective and safe operation with minimal complications.
