白内障术前与术后生活质量调查分析

Investigation and analysis on patient′s health-related quality of life and their ability to perform visual activities before and after cataract surgery

目的 :评估白内障手术与患者生活质量的关系。方法 :采用日常视觉活动量表等对术前及术后 3个月以上患者进行问卷调查。结果 :视功能的提高 ,使他们的行为能力得到提高 ,特别是基本生活能力 ,同时精神生活质量也有明显提高。结论 :白内障手术可改善患者视功能 ,进而显著提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation on patient′s health related qua lity of life and their ability to perform visual activities.Method:The Activities of Daily Vision Scale(ADVS) were completed by the patients before and after surgery at least 3 months.Result:The indicators of the behavior activity,especially the basic life activity and the spirit activity of the patients with the improved vision function were significantly higher than those of the non surgery patients.Conclusion:Because much improvement of visual function has been achieved after cataract operation,the cataract patients′ quality of life were improved significantly.
