中西药联合灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

The Effect Survey of Combining Traditional Chinese Herbs and Western Medicine Coloclysis for Treating Ulcerative Colitis

目的 :观察中西药联合灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效和治疗前后免疫调节功能的变化。方法 :将 115例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为 3组 ,分别以中药、西药和中西药联合灌肠 ,每晚 1次 ,15天为 1疗程。结果 :中西药联合组的治愈率、总有效率、症状缓解起始时间和对IgG、C3 的调节功能明显优于中药组和西药组 (P <0 0 5或P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西药联合灌肠疗法疗效显著 ,价格低廉 ,副作用少 ,是治疗溃疡性结肠炎较理想的方法。

Purpose: To observe the efficacy of combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine coloclysis for ulcerative colitis and change of immunological regulation function before or after treatment. Methods: 115 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomized into three groups, a traditional Chinese herbs coloclysis group comprising 38 patients, a western medicine coloclysis group comprising 38 patients and a combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine coloclysis group comprising 39 patients. Results: Total effective rate, iniation time relieving symptom and regulation function for IgG and C 3 of combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine group is much better than traditional Chinese herbs group and western medicind group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: Theraputic method of combining traditional Chinese herbs and western medicine coloclysis has remarkable effectiveness for ulcerative colitis. Its price is low. Its side effect is few. It is an ideal method for treating ulcerative colitis.
