摘要
目的 观察复层辐射人羊膜作为理想烧伤创面覆盖物的优点及临床应用效果。方法 通过对复层辐射人羊膜与人羊膜、新鲜断层猪皮、异体皮进行柔韧性、强度、透水性及创面粘附性检测。结果 复层辐射人羊膜的柔韧性、透水性及强度、创面粘附性与人异体皮相当 ,优于单层人羊膜及断层猪皮。
Objective To ivestigate the treatment effect of compound layer irradiated human amnion as an ideal burn wound covering. Methods Physical techique were employed to examine and compare pliability and tough character? penetrating wound strength and stickiness of compound layer irradiated human amnion and human amnion without irradiation, fresh pigskin, skin allograft. Results All above characteristics of compound layer irradiated human anmion are equal to that of skin allograft and better than that of single layer amnion and pigskin. Conclusion Compound layer irradiation is an ideal burn wound biological dressing.
