摘要
目的 :观察高半胱氨酸 (Hcy)对血管内皮细胞 (EC)的损伤和益肾活血化痰中药抗Hcy损伤作用。方法 :培养人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC) ,分为对照组和损伤组 ,观察Hcy对EC的影响 ;另将细胞分为正常组、损伤组和中药组 ,观察对乳酸脱氢酸 (LDH)的影响。结果 :Hcy可改变培养的HUVEC的形态并抑制EC的生长 ,LDH的释放明显增加 ,中药组LDH的释放明显减少。结论 :血清Hcy对血管内皮有毒性损伤作用 ,益肾活血化痰中药可抗损伤。
Objective:To monitor the injury effect of homocysteine on the EC of blood vessels,and anti injury effect of Chinese herbal medicine with the actions of tonishing the kidney,activating blood circulation and eliminating blood stasis.Methods:The effect of Hcy on EC was monitored separately in control group and injury group,and its effect on LDH was monitored in normal,injury and drug administered groups.Results:Hcy could alter the form of HUVEC and inhibit EC growth,with the release of LDH increasing remarkably,whereas in drug administered group the release of LDH decreased remarkably.Conclusion:Hcy in serum can be a virulent injury to endothelial cells of the blood vessel,and Chinese herbal medicine has been proved to be effective in preventing injury and protecting metabolism of cells.
