摘要
目的 :探讨葡萄籽多羟基芪类 (PHS)提取物的抗氧化作用。方法 :选用家兔 4 0只 ,均分为 5组 (正常对照组、模型组、葡萄籽提取物的低、中、高实验组 ) ,分别于 0、6和 12w末 ,由心脏取血测定血清丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH PX)和红细胞超氧化歧化酶 (RBC SOD)。结果 :与模型组比较 ,葡萄籽提取物各组血清MDA升高的幅度减小 ,而血清GSH PX、RBC SOD升高的幅度增大 (P <0 .0 5~0 .0 1) ,并呈现出明显的剂量 效应关系。结论
Objective:To study the antioxidetion effect of polyhydroxystibene extracted from grape seed in rabbits model of hyperlipidemia.Methods:Forty rabbits were divided into 5 groups (normal control, hyperlipidemia model,and low,middle,high grape seed extract groups),then the blood samples were collected by intracardiac puncture at lst,6th,12th weekends respectively and the serum MAD,GSH PX,RBC SOD activities were measured.Results: Compared with hyperlipidemia model group,increasement of serum MDA was lower while that of GSH PX,RBC SOD was higher in low,middle,high grape seed extract groups,and the dose dependent relationship was observed.Conclusion:Polyhydroxystibene extract from grape seed can inhibit the reaction of lipidoxidation and increase the ability of antioperxidation in hyperlipidemia rabbits.
