摘要
目的 :将肠康颗粒挥发油制成 β CD包合物并对其质量进行分析验证。 方法 :采用正交试验探讨 β CD包合工艺 ,应用TLC、UV、GC、DSC和X 射线衍射分析对包合物进行质量考察。 结果 :包合物确已形成一种新的物相 ,包合前后挥发油组成无变化。结论 :β CD包合技术可以使肠康颗粒的挥发油固体化 ,从而减少挥发损失 。
Objective:To make a β CD inclusion compound from ChangKang granules volatile oil and testify its quality.Methods:The technique of β CD inclusion compound was studied by an orthogonal experimental design,the quality of this inclusion compound was testified by analyses of TCL,UV,GC,DSC and X ray diffraction.Results:The formation of a new material phase was testified by analyses of modern instruments and there was no difference between the volatile oil of inclusion compound and that of Changkang granules.Conclusion:β CD inclusion technique makes volatile oil in Changkang granules solidified,which inhibits its volatilization and improvs its bioavailability.
