摘要
目的 研究亚急性一氧化碳 (CO )中毒致小鼠损伤是否存在性别差异。方法 用小鼠跳台法被动回避试验、游泳试验、生化酶学试验及放射免疫等实验方法 ,观察亚急性CO中毒后 ,雌、雄小鼠在死亡率、学习记忆功能、体能、脑组织单胺氧化酶 -B (MAO -B)活性以及血皮质醇含量的变化。结果 亚急性CO中毒后 ,雌性小鼠的死亡率、学习能力的损害和地塞米松对皮质醇分泌的抑制作用的下降明显低于雄性小鼠 ;记忆功能、MAO -B活性在雌、雄小鼠之间差异无显著性 ,而对于体能的损害 ,雌性小鼠则重于雄性小鼠。结论 雌。
Objective Sex differences in sub acute carbon monoxide intoxication in mice were studied.Methods Physical ability,mortality,changes of learning and memory function,MAO B activity of brain and cortisol secretion in mice were observed.Results It was shown that there were no significant differences in memory function and MAO B activity between males and females when poisoned,but the mortality rate was lower in females than that in males.Deficiency of learning ability and inhibitory action of Dexamathasone on cortisol secretion were less in females than those found in males.However,impairment of physical ability in females was more serious than that in males.Conclusions Results indicate that there is significant sex difference in the prognoses after sub acute CO intoxication in mice.
